MOVING COORDINATOR
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and be able to multi-task and function well in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in an admin role
- Computer knowledge and experience w/ Word, Excel, Google platforms
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs
- Reliable, conscientious and outgoing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and personable
- Available to work flexible shifts from home Monday to Saturday, and occasionally Sundays
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing
DUTIES INCLUDES
- Create estimates that accurately reflect standards
- Respond to client phone and email inquiries promptly
- Book jobs for services (e.g. home and office moves)
- Schedule on-site assessments
- Previous moving experience an asset
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, and working with Operations Managers
